501(c)3 Status
Because International is in the process of gaining their tax-exempt status and becoming
an officially recognized 501(c)3 organization. We have already attained our state incorporation
through the State of Idaho and our Employee Identification Number. The IRS currently has our
501(c)3 papers and is expected to return them to us in either July or August.

Board of Directors
Because International would like to recognize our first Board of Directors.Our current Board
of Directors is made up of four outstanding individuals from the Nampa community:
Rachel Jacobsen, Nate Roskam, Andrew Kroes, and Jeremy Stockett. Because International
should flourish in these start-up days under their leadership and guidance.
